Ellu & Kanah

So this year was a bit different due to covid and pandemic but we still had the opportunity to have a weekend getaway to Toronto to celebrate our anniversary with the kids. Surprisingly, my parents also decided to go to Toronto on the same weekend to visit Zee and Titi so it turned out well. We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel :) :) :) and it was right in the middle of downtown which was nice- we got to walk to the CN tower. We had a great time there!     The next series of videos are Ellu swimming on his own for the first time and it was at Sheraton Hotel :)

Tomorrow is Eliakim's first day of school!!!!! I can't believe my baby is already going to start school-no exciting and nerve-wrecking at the same time, bittersweet. I have mixed emotions about it. I am happy and feel confident that he is definitely ready for school, but at the same time he is growing up so fast and i want to cherish every moment and realizing that I won't have him at home all the time makes me a bit sad. But I pray that God takes care of him in this new and exciting chapter in his life and let it be the beginning of a beautiful and prosperous road ahead with God guiding each and every step of the way. I pray that Eliakim learns to lean in the strength of God and be embraced by his love and protection. I am excited to hear all about his first day tomorrow. Unfortunately, I am working tomorrow but I will be off the remainder of the week. On July 27th, our princess Elkanah celebrated her 2nd birthday! Thank God. He has given us a sweet little girl who is so full of life, vibrant, full of energy, loves to jump and run, is very independent, and is her own boss! She is determined, and won't stop till she gets what she wants. We love you and God bless you Elkanahye. Cake was made by my friend Selam who is owner of Lelina Bakery.
